  1. Design

    We have strong rubber customization capabilities and can provide customers with a full process solution from material formula research and development, mold design to finished product production. Relying on advanced mixing technology and precision machining equipment, personalized adjustments of parameters such as hardness, elasticity, and weather resistance can be flexibly achieved to meet the diverse needs of automotive seals, medical catheters, industrial buffers, and other fields. Equipped with a professional team to provide on-site technical support, ensuring rapid response from sample development to bulk delivery, and ensuring precise performance standards for customized products through a rigorous quality control system.

  2. Sampling

    We have industry-leading rubber product sampling capabilities and rely on digital rapid prototyping technology to complete the entire process from design drawings to first sample delivery within 72 hours. Equipped with high-precision CNC machining equipment and professional vulcanization production lines, supporting small-scale trial production of complex structural components, and providing full parameter testing reports such as Shore hardness, tensile strength, and aging resistance. Adopting PLM system to achieve seamless integration of design process testing data, supporting multiple mold repair iterations for customers, ensuring accurate matching of sample performance with terminal application scenario requirements, and helping enterprises efficiently complete product validation and market promotion.

  3. Production and quality

    We have the ability to produce customized rubber parts on a large scale, with an automated rubber mixing center, precision injection molding workshop, and CNAS certified laboratory, with a monthly production capacity of 500000 pieces. Adopting the Industry 4.0 production system, we achieve full process digital control from raw material proportioning to molding processing, equipped with a 3D visual inspection system and AI defect recognition algorithm to ensure product size accuracy of ± 0.05mm. Through ISO/TS16949 automotive industry quality management system certification, implementing SPC process control and FMEA failure mode prevention, the product defect rate is less than 0.3%. Serving over 30 leading clients in the global industry, providing one-stop solutions from material development to reliability verification, helping clients achieve efficient delivery and quality upgrades.

  4. Packaging

    We have full chain product packaging capabilities, equipped with intelligent packaging design systems and automated packaging lines, supporting customized services from structural research and development to bulk delivery. Adopting finite element analysis to optimize the protection scheme, certified by ISTA international transportation testing standards, ensuring the reliability of packaging under harsh conditions such as drop, vibration, temperature and humidity cycling. Provide recycling material applications and biodegradable solutions to meet environmental compliance requirements, equipped with an AI visual inspection system to achieve sealing accuracy control of 0.1mm level. The service network covers major logistics nodes around the world, supporting multilingual packaging standards and instant order response, helping customers achieve brand value transmission and supply chain efficiency improvement.

Its core product line covers precision components such as rubber seals, rubber sealing strips, rubber rings, and rubber gaskets, serving more than 30 industries including automobiles, new energy, and healthcare. The company is deeply engaged in the field of customized sealing, optimizing its structure through FMEA analysis and combining it with nano modification technology to improve weather resistance. March, 2000

Jinpeng Rubber is committed to becoming a global leader in precision rubber solutions, with the core concept of ‘sealing without boundaries, guarding the future’. February, 2010

In 2010, facing the severe shortage of high-end rubber seal production capacity in China, the decision-making team of Jinpeng Rubber resolutely launched the “Phoenix Factory Plan” and invested 280 million yuan to build an intelligent production base in Heze, Shandong. The location is adjacent to Qingdao Port, which not only shortens the response time of the supply chain, but also demonstrates the strategic vision of “based on the local market and serving the world”.

March, 2015

Faced with the global seal market being monopolized by European and American companies, Jinpeng Rubber launched the “Blue Ocean Plan” in 2015, breaking through the situation with the strategy of “technology equivalence+service mismatch”. Based on CNAS certified laboratory data, customized formulas have been developed for EU REAC, North American SAE and other standards, successfully solving the industry compatibility problem of low-temperature brittleness of fluororubber and solvent resistance of silicone rubber.

May, 2020

In response to the global wave of new energy and the rise of manufacturing in Southeast Asia, Jinpeng Rubber launched the “Double Star Plan” simultaneously in 2018, building dual engine bases in Haiphong, Vietnam and Nantong, Jiangsu. The Vietnamese factory adopts a “photovoltaic+energy storage” green energy system, matched with Tesla’s super factory supply chain, specializing in thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) seals. The initial annual production capacity exceeds 15 million pieces, covering the radiation circle of the ten ASEAN countries; The Nantong base focuses on fluororubber components for hydrogen fuel cells and introduces Swiss ABB collaborative robots to achieve 24-hour flexible production. The yield rate of key processes has increased from 92% to 99.6%

March, 2024

In order to build a full value chain ecosystem of “research and development design manufacturing”, Jinpeng Rubber launched the “Design Dual Engine Plan” in 2024, planning to strategically acquire the German Red Dot Award team “K-Design” and the Shenzhen “Intelligent Future” Industrial Design Center for 850 million yuan, forming the “China Europe Design Dual Core”
